I hope this helps the next person that comes across wanting to buy! This dress is STUNNING it’s such a good quality and it soothes my Victorian heart <33 the only thing that was a con is the hoop skirt, it’s too big for the dress, but just take out the last metal rod thats in there and cut the excess fabric and boom! Perfect fit. I’m about 110 pounds and 5’1, I got a small and it’s perfect!
