It does NOT come with a petticoat or hoopskirt, which without one means it will not have the 'poofy look'. This dress is just amazing, comfortable, and so very stylish. Honestly it is a five star dres. and we can honestly say we did not regret buying it, and neither will you if you do decide to buy it!

It's made out of way better fabric than you usually see with costumes.Lots of beautiful details both front and back. You can tell someone put a lot of work into making it.And for around $47 dollars, I think it is definitely worth it! lovely color, beautiful detail, GORGEOUS! I was getting approached all night long with compliments and questions about my dress...everywhere I went.
